Our Story
We started because the second half of a remodel is where it falls apart
Almost nobody has a bad experience in week one. The demolition is exciting, the crew is enthusiastic and everything feels like progress. The trouble starts around week four, when the crew gets pulled to another job, the tile is back ordered and nobody returns a call for eight days.
Remodel Squad Inc was built to survive that middle stretch. From our base at 201 Circle W in Jupiter we remodel kitchens and bathrooms, take whole houses back to the studs, add rooms, convert garages and redesign floor plans throughout Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast.
Three rules make it work. Every project has a written line item scope before demolition, so there is no argument later about what was included. Every project has one project manager who owns it start to finish, not a rotating cast. And every crew leaves the site clean at the end of the day, because living in a construction zone is hard enough without stepping over the debris.
The redesign side matters just as much as the building. A lot of homes here were laid out in the seventies and eighties for how people lived then: closed kitchens, tiny primary baths, a formal dining room nobody has used in fifteen years. Before we start pricing tile, we ask how you actually live in the house, because moving one wall is often worth more than any finish upgrade you could buy.
