Terms of Service
The terms that govern use of this website and the general terms under which we provide remodeling services.
Last updated: September 19, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of remodelsquad.site and describe the general terms under which Remodel Squad Inc provides remodeling, redesign and construction services. By using this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. About Us
Remodel Squad Inc is a remodeling and redesign company located at 201 Circle W, Jupiter, FL 33458, serving Palm Beach County and nearby areas of Florida.
2. Website Use
- You may use this site for lawful purposes only and may not attempt to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorized access to it.
- You may not scrape, copy or republish site content or project photographs for commercial use without written permission.
- You may not submit false information, impersonate another person or send unsolicited commercial messages through our forms.
3. Information Is Not An Offer
Content on this site, including service descriptions, project timelines and the pricing ranges shown on our homepage and pricing page, is provided for general information and planning purposes only. It is not a quote, a bid, an offer or a guarantee of price or availability. Pricing ranges reflect previously completed projects and vary with property condition, scope, finish level, material lead times, municipal requirements and market conditions.
4. Estimates And Proposals
- On site estimates within our service area are provided free of charge and without obligation.
- Only a written proposal signed by both parties creates a binding agreement.
- Written proposals are valid for the period stated in the proposal document.
- Allowances, exclusions and assumptions stated in the proposal control over anything said verbally or shown on this website.
5. Construction Agreements
All construction work is performed under a separate written contract. That contract governs scope, price, payment schedule, change orders, schedule, permits, warranties, dispute resolution and termination. If any provision of these Terms conflicts with your signed construction contract, the construction contract controls for that project.
6. Change Orders
Work outside the contracted scope requires a written change order approved by the client before the additional work proceeds. Change orders may adjust both price and schedule.
7. Concealed Conditions
Remodeling regularly uncovers conditions that could not be seen at the time of estimating, including outdated wiring, failed plumbing, water damage, termite damage, structural deficiencies, mold and unpermitted prior work. When we find one, we stop, document it, price the correction and obtain your written approval before continuing. Corrections of concealed conditions are additional to the contract price.
8. Schedules
Project schedules are good faith estimates. Permitting timelines, inspection availability, weather, material lead times, hurricane events, labor availability, concealed conditions and client selection delays can affect completion dates. We communicate schedule changes as soon as we are aware of them.
9. Permits And Compliance
Where a project requires permits, we prepare applications and coordinate inspections as described in your contract. Clients are responsible for providing accurate property information and for obtaining any homeowner association, condominium association or landlord approvals that apply.
10. Client Responsibilities
- Provide access to the property on scheduled work days
- Make selections by the dates set out in the schedule
- Approve or reject change orders promptly so crews are not idle
- Remove or secure valuables, fragile items and pets from work areas
- Obtain association or landlord approvals where applicable
- Make payments per the contract schedule as milestones complete
11. Warranty
Warranty terms are described on our Warranty page and in your written contract.
12. Photography And Intellectual Property
All text, layout, graphics and design on this site are the property of Remodel Squad Inc. We may photograph completed work for our portfolio, website and social media. Client names and exact addresses are not published without permission, and you may request in writing that your project not be used in our marketing.
13. Testimonials And Project Examples
Testimonials and project descriptions reflect the experience of specific clients on specific projects. They are not a promise or guarantee that any other project will have the same result, cost or timeline.
14. Disclaimer
This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free.
15. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, Remodel Squad Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, including lost profits or displacement costs. Liability arising from construction services is governed by your signed contract and applicable Florida law.
16. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including hurricanes, severe weather, flooding, material shortages, labor disruption, utility failure or government action.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute related to this website shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, unless your construction contract specifies a different process.
18. Changes And Contact
We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted with an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site means you accept the revised Terms.
