What homeowners ask first
Do you charge for estimates?
No. On site estimates within Palm Beach County are free and carry no obligation. We walk the space, take measurements and follow up with a written proposal.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We carry general liability and workers compensation coverage, and we provide license and insurance certificates in writing with every proposal. Ask and we will send them before you sign anything.
Who pulls the permits?
We do. Permitting, engineering coordination and inspection scheduling are handled by our team as part of the contract on any project that requires them.
Can we live in the house during the remodel?
For single room projects, usually yes. For whole home remodels most clients move out during the structural and mechanical phases. We will tell you honestly which category your project falls into at the walkthrough.
How soon can you start?
Most projects start two to five weeks after the contract is signed and selections are locked. Permitting timelines on larger jobs can extend that, and we tell you the realistic window up front.
What happens if you find something behind the wall?
Older Florida homes hide plenty. We stop, document it, price the correction and get your written approval before continuing. You are never billed for work you did not approve.
